THE CHALLENGE
What we were solving for.
Softimi had outgrown their original WordPress site. The team needed a faster, more polished presence that could handle detailed service descriptions in two languages, and a portal where enterprise clients could log tickets and download reports. They also wanted the look to feel like a serious infrastructure partner, not a startup.
Our enterprise clients noticed the upgrade immediately. The portal alone cut our support response times in half.

Research
Audit the existing site
We reviewed the old site with the Softimi team, mapped the top 30 pages by traffic, and identified the gaps that were costing them credibility.
- 02
Design
Industrial palette, generous spacing
Lavender-grey backgrounds, navy accents, and confident typography. Designed mobile-first, since 70% of their traffic is on the road.
- 03
Build
Headless CMS + custom portal
Next.js frontend, Sanity for content, and a lightweight Node.js portal for the client ticket system. Deployed on Vercel with staging environment.
