Custom Shopify storefront
The Logo Foodz marketing site was getting traffic but the existing Shopify storefront felt like a different brand entirely. We needed to bring the same warm, premium feel into the actual shopping experience, custom category pages, smart search, real-time delivery slot booking, and a checkout that worked on flaky mobile connections.
Our repeat-order rate jumped 31% in the first quarter. The new checkout just feels like us.
Research
We tracked 20 real customer sessions and identified the four drop-off points in the existing flow. The biggest was delivery slot confusion.
Design
Custom Liquid theme that matched the marketing site, with a redesigned product page, smart search, and a delivery slot picker that shows live availability.
Build
Built on Shopify's Online Store 2.0 with custom JavaScript for the slot picker and search. A/B tested the checkout for 4 weeks before full rollout.
